I am a management consultant and HR Professional with over 18 years experience helping organizations realize the most out of their people. I have been involved in projects in Strategy, Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Learning, and Business Performance Improvement. As a Consultant and HR Practitioner, I have served organisations in both the private and public sectors including in Telecommunications, FMCG, Professional Services, Financial Services, and government.
I have a BSc degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and an MBA from the University of Lagos. I am a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and Facilitator. My professional memberships include Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as the Society for Industrial and Occupational Psychology (SIOP).
